Affected by a Japanese weight-loss supplement, a woman grows a penis and feels compelled to use it on her friend/sister/daughter. After that, things start to get a little weird. We've added a Localization option to this story, so if you live in a part of the world that says "arse" and "bum" instead of "ass" and "butt" we can make you feel more at home.
